So, is nobody going to offer the circumstances of why a long time stew poster has been banned?
You mean "time out", juts lie you and your past time out. It was right around the time the Bojangles handle was actually BANNED.
Yes, that banning was hilarious in which the mods pretended you having several time outs was a state secret. It's literally never come up again.

MF proves that for some yanks there isn't a fag-paper between what they find funny and just being a cunt.
I should just try being a cunt like you and dispense with any attempt to be funny.
You don't need to try.

Just a symbol of the new lobotomized version of the stew we've been handed by the mods over the last couple of years. The fuckers banned Anno again. They seem to be intent on strangling every last drop of entertainment value out of this place.
Oh, ok. A quick glance at that image and I thought it might be Dr Jelly, as he certainly has the look of someone who was forced to saw the heads off frozen dogs when he was a child.

In my opinion, the problem with this place isn't the banning of cunts like annotated when they've become excessively cuntish. That has always happened, going back to the glory days of Talk Politics on the Thorn Tree.

This used to ostensibly be a political forum. It has long since abandoned all pretense and the only thing happening on the politics side is the constant and repetitive spamming done by the shit gargling cunt and admitted vandal that is Argon. He is to that forum at least as bad and as inane as Manch was to Yourchoicerville during his drunkest fucking moments. Perhaps you could rename the branch 'Talk Top Tips Tapped By Lefties With Argo, why Don't You'?

The mods really ought to treat him in the same fashion that they treated the drunken menace during his nightly (and daily) benders.

Unfortunately, I doubt the Straylian authorities are going to strap Argonheart Vegas down to a stretcher in a hospital until he realizes that he really needs to take a step back and seek help, so the prospects for rehabilitation in his case are pretty grim. As a result, there are very, very few people who bother with that part of the forum at all these days.

If you're looking to turn this place into a forum that exists primarily for the discussion of various bodily functions, continuing on this course is probably the best method of achieving that end.

This from one of the biggest cunts on the site? And don't get me wrong, I totally support your freedom to be a cunt here, Moe. In fact isn't the reason we all moved over here from the LP site that they were putting undue restrictions on excessive cuntishness? Now it's the same shit all over again. This place has become like Lonely Planet 2.0. Are we going to have to move again?

Did I somewhere suggest that I wasn't a cunt? Did you have a point or were you just feeling neglected?

By the way, speaking of neglect - I think your strategy of hitting on chicks on the other side of the planet that don't speak English is a pretty solid move for you. Because let's face it, you're a pretty ginormous cunt yourself. And the distance and language barrier might cause a delay in your target coming to that realization.
Steve wrote: In fact isn't the reason we all moved over here from the LP site that they were putting undue restrictions on excessive cuntishness? Now it's the same shit all over again. This place has become like Lonely Planet 2.0. Are we going to have to move again?
No, I think the reason we all moved over here is that LP decided that all political discussion was completely verboten when they axed our branch. It had nothing to do with bannings, it had to do with shortsighted commercial considerations. I don't think Fluffermunky is going to try to sell this dump to the BBC.

All kinds of shit gets tolerated here. Fuck, Candy is back after going after people in real life. Banning a cunt like Annotated isn't going to bring about the often discussed Death of the Stew - he'll come crawling back same as he always does.

It's unfortunate that the mods are wildly inconsistent in what they enforce and when they enforce it, but that has always been and almost certainly always will be the case. At least until Incognita sobers up or has the keys taken away from her.
