I have a porcupine meatball recipe. It uses a combination of beef and quick cooking rice. Like Minute Rice. I'm guessing you could just sub the ground beef for the ground pork.

Just use a jar of sweet and sour sauce OR a comb of jelly and ketchup.

Lol. I do have a good recipe for sweet and sour Kielbasa. You could just sub it out with the meatballs.

The view is awesomeAF too.

I found this. Is not the same, (uses pork loin, not pork meatballs) but looks easy enough. will try...in about a week.

YEs, my stuff mostly is in storage. PITA to get anything! Must get my other mac from it soon though...

You need to Hobby more: ie more photos! I am not sure what it looks like wehre you are. Post photos. I need amuzing too ya know! P!

sweet and sour pork

dredge pork in egg, then flour, and fry till golden, set aside. then make a sauce:

50 ml honey
50 ml vinegar
10 ml soy sauce
75 ml pineapple juice
50 ml water
50 ml ketchup

mix and bring to boil. add onions, pineapples, bell pepper. cook for a minute

slurry:
30 ml cornstarch
30 ml water

add to sauce and stir for a minute.

this is the best recipe.

adjust to your liking.
