Is it Kosher for a Mod to Change Your Posts?
So, a PoliticalStew.com "mod" has taken to changing my posts -- literally deleting what I'd written and replacing it with something I didn't write simply because the original post seemed to chap his ass.
As it happens, the replacement text might have been somewhat funny had it been in the proper context (which it wasn't). And it's something I might have even written myself.
But the point is I didn't write it myself. And, yet, there it sits under my name.
Is this really kosher on this site?
Is this where we are now?
Is this what "modding" means here?

I once changed every instance of the word Israel with Narnia (and Palestine with Oz).
That didn't go over so well.

The post says it was edited by you.

It says it was edited by me because I edited MY words. I didn't replace them with words I didn't write. You did that.
So, what are you going to do, big man?
Are you going to stand up, admit you did it, and administer a self-inflicted punishment (we all know the Fluffer doesn't have the balls to do that)?
Or are you going to keep being the repulsive little beta cuck that you are and change people's posts that you don't like?

Or perhaps the mods here just feel emboldened to change your words if they don't like them.
How do you feel about that, Polar? Do you think that's the way this board should be run?
What would you do if that happened to you?

I can imagine polar’s reaction if I doctored a post of his. At least it would’ve had correct spelling.

Polar, what would you do if a mod started deleting your posts and replacing them with things you didn't write?

Is it kosher to use the word kosher when writing about a thread started by a pig headed rightward?

You would send threatening PMs, have 10 Ops before lunch and have a doctored autosig from something I posted.

Doctored an autosig? How does one do that? I've never sent a threatening PM. igf I did, you would no longer be seeing my handle. Your buddy, Candy, was opening threatening to me and exposed the identity of one of the Stews poster. But you're OK with that. After all, Candy is your buddy

You were banned many times for your transgressions it’s true. I’m surprised you’re condoning this mod misuse of power.

There’s another thread where s8 offered a non denial denial. Maybe he and mutha could clarify.

It’s the thread where he changed your post. The quip that he could murder someone on 5th avenue would confirm that he did it. Alcohol may have been a factor.

No it was altered in an attempt to make fun of him. Here was nothing offensive about it. If section8 doesn’t like annotated, he should have the guts to ban him.
