Stephen appears to be Irish but of English parents - and he can certainly be a Cunt when he can't handle Da Weed/Bev at night and posts shite on here..

I have no idea where this Tulip and Clog Wanking came from..

He sounds like a bit Tri Polar to me...

You've got it arseways, Wurzel. I'd say you have difficulty breathing without instruction (in very simple English).

There's no country called Holland. It's like calling the US California or calling England Berkshire

Yes, i am aware of that.

I am also aware that (as i have ears) 'Holland' is often heard being shouted at football matches.

As North and South Holland makd up the largest part of the population.

North and South Holland together make up 1/3 of the population. Probably less if you subtract the non Dutch passport holders as almost 10% is Muslim.
Economical size is probably around half of the economy of the Netherlands

Nonsense. I was speaking to a couple of Dutch guys at a Facebook marketing summit a few weeks ago. They consistently referred to the country and national team as "Holland". I was the one who called it "The Netherlands".

Hup Nederland, Hup!

You must be getting nervous.

Clearly more than you, you fucking Dutch dipshit.

People who like football are simpletons

And yet, here you are posting in a thread on a subforum dedicated to a football event.

The Dutch Tourist Board's website, what's it called? It wouldn't be www.holland.com, would it, simpleton?

"Your guide to a perfect holiday in Holland"

Have you considered writing a letter of complaint to your government about this issue?

I would think that it's not up to the Dutch to decide how their country is commonly called in other languages. I don't see the German going to decide and tell the Iranian people how to call Germany in Persian. Since 'Holland' is commonly used by English speaking people to refer to 'Nederland', that would explain why Dutch people use it as well when they are speaking English.

In Dutch, 'Holland' is often used as an adjective to describe something 'from the Netherlands': hollandse nieuwe, hollandse waterlinie, hollandse gezegden, enzovoort.
