Under what circumstances would you support England?
1. Never.
2. Never, or
3. Never.

Brilliant
#inside your heads?

Please refer to history of England in WC competitions before making another dickhead post.
Our average is quarter finals.

In 13 attempts, failed to get out of the groupe stage once.

And this is the least pumped up 'England will win' competition in living memory.
so, maybe the second time will happen.

I'm of the hoping and wishing but expecting the worst mindset, however, yep, I'm gradually being taken over by the fear, excitement, tingling, could we, will we, we can, we will feeling. And that's just thinking about the match with Italy. 14 hours to go! Will have to have a drink to settle me soon. Then another...

England will not make it out of group play. Italy and Uruguay will advance out of that group. The US will go further.

Incorrect
England will run most yards and gain field position
In the 4th quarter they will bring on the special team
They will the introduce the special play
and touchdown behind the line and in the net

It's hard to imagine USA being one of the the survivors of their Group of Death (Germany, Portugal, Ghana, USA). You never know; it was hard to imagine Netherlands beating Spain 5-1 until about minute 65 yesterday. And England's group (Italy, Uruguay, Costa Rica) is not a walk in the park. But between the USA and England I think you would have to rate England's chances higher.

If so, then why don't you support The Republic of Ireland then??

How long have you lived in England?

Why do you support England over Ireland?

I am just interested, that's all!

I was born in England, lived here all my life, why should I support Ireland?

Raheem Sterling came here from Jamaica as a kid, can he not play for England?

If Ireland, had qualified, I'd be following them both.

If England played Ireland, I'd support England.

Well, turned out pretty much as I predicted. Burger Munchers advance, while the team representing England's Most Popular sport go home. Sort of sad really to see yet another example of the colonies eclipse the motherland. But not too surprising considering the depletion of the gene pool in merry ole England over the last century. So what do do? Perhpas its time to wrap it up as a country, turn off the lights, pass the keys to the Poles who can run England as a giant theme park - rich foreginers can relax in London and the rest of the country can be open to Chinese tourists who want to see some of the castles.
