That's all well and good, but what did you have for lunch? This is the food branch.

We have had almost nothing but rainy days this year. To keep this food related on Sunday it was a rainy, cool day for I made the first beef stew of the season.

They're saying we might have our first showers on Monday, after months of no rain. I'll have to cook something seasonally appropriate!

It's been raining here since June. I'm ready for it to end now.

I'm ready for it to start now. It's dry and hot and we're all scared of wildfires.

As long as it's raining it's not snowing so I would be ok with rain. Thankfully it has neither been raining or snowing and we've been having sunny blue-sky days. Snow's gonna come though...

It's been grey and damp here for a few weeks, which totally sucks. We got like one nice half day Monday, and this morning was sunny but still only about 4C. Now it's sunny but really windy.

I haven't been cooking seasonally appropriate things yet. Although I did make fried green tomatoes with some of the ones that aren't even thinking about changing colour. Today I will make lemon chicken kabobs with garlic sauce. It will use the last of my garden kale and the last ripe garden tomatoes. Sigh.
