It has to be arugula. Second best is spinach.

Romaine lettuce and arugula are tied but not interchangable

Mixed baby greens.

Arugula, endive, escarole, dandelion, chicory, watercress, radicchio, sorrell. Not necessarily in that order.

I dislike the bitter leaves like frisee and endive.

If there can be only one (as in only one option in a salad) I'll take good old romaine lettuce.

A bowl full of raw spinach or arugula or pretty much anything else is bleh.

Though I enjoy them greatly mixed with others.

I voted ROCKET but depending on the rest of the salad I also like pea shoots, watercress mix.

Another Rocket voter. We're winning!

I'd add coriander, too but then, I like coriander with everything, pretty much.

Baby spinach for me. Every fucking thing seems to have rocket (or roquette as they tend to spell it) here, which shits me.

Surely a mix of things is best. I dislike a whole salad of bitter greens but they're tasty mixed-up with sweeter greens.

i'm so tired of mixed baby greens. that tired salad mix gets trotted out in every single restaurant. so boring. so slimy with the least bit of dressing.

i'm partial to watercress.

I had a delicious romaine salad last night--very fresh and uncut leaves, with the finest shaved pecorino and barely perceptible and lovely lemon drizzle.

I don't have smelly ones. Just LOUD ones. Besides I'm mostly cured now. I drink more boring water and take those charcoal pills. voila!
