Vegan Lasagna

Just because I think we need to see this word in this branch more.

Layers
1) Bechamel-done with a cashew cream of a thick consistency with shredded smoked tofu and chopped fresh spinach
2) Tomato/vegetable-zucchini, carrots, mushrooms, red peppers sauteed with LOTS of garlic and red pepper flakes
3) Pasta-any dried pasta, cooked very al dente
4) Cheese-I use a vegan one on top, but only a few are decent. Mozzarella and parmesan

Requested at family gatherings for the non-meat eaters/lactose-intolerants.

What’s with all the lasagna threads?
This is the only musical: the mouth. And hopefully the brain attached to the mouth. Right? The brain, more important than the mouth, is the brain. The brain is much more important.
