Cytoscape, R-scripting for bioinformatics....

Post by gnd » Sun Jul 30, 2017 2:14 pm

I´m trying to get into a closed workshop in a few weeks, that I only just heard about.

It´s on biology/cellular networks, using Cytoscape/basic R scripting for the hands-on.

TBH not sure I want to download that to my mac. How easy it that to delete once installed?

thanks!

I haven't the faintest idea what Cytoscape is, but R is no problem at all. No reason to worry about it.

R would have been even less of a problem yesterday, Talk Like a Pirate Day.
