Yangon did not suck

Post by polardude1 » Sun Jan 08, 2017 11:22 pm

I spent 3 days in Yangon at the start of my trip to Myanmar (Burma). The city has a rich collection of British colonial architecture concentration in the town center that apparently is disappearing. The circle train was a nice way to see the outskirts of Yangon. Shwedagon Pagoda was specular

As always, gorgeous photos. Fabulous color and content..

I especially like the ones of the windows with laundry hanging out. And the night scene is amazing.

I loved the tired looking colonial buildings in Yangon
