Why?

It's one thing calling a rival a cunt, fuckwit, blah, blah. Another thing when you bring their families into it. How can anyone not distinguish between the two?

He would have been talking to Warner about his classy wife’s charming toilet encounter with Sonny Bill Williams, which does seem a little off.

That said, it couldn’t happen to a nicer bloke.

The common denominator in most stupid incidents the Australian cricket team are involved in is Warner.

He dishes it out, but can’t take it.

Graeme Smith is right to call him “a fool”. He’s a first class cricketer, but a second class human being.

Remember him strutting about like a plantation overseer demanding Indian batsmen speak English? He’s an idiot.

Yep, I’ve got no time for the wanker. The way he jumps and kisses his helmet after scoring a ton is embarrassing. That said, he is a brilliant cricketer. As I said above, sledging by including family members crosses the line. That Sth Efricunt was lucky he didn’t cop one on the jaw.

Yep, Warner is getting like Peck's Paste ' A little bit goes a long way'.

What ever happened to the bloke who has 'grown up' since he became a family man?

There seems to be sledging from both sides, but he started it, and it is not the first time he should have just cooled it.

He’s as dumb as shit. Why is it always the Australians who dish it out but then freak out when they get it back? There’s a long tradition of this kind of stupid behaviour. No doubt Warner said something to De Kock who doesn’t look the sort to take it lying down. A bit like Candice in that toilet cubicle.

And now he’s been invited back into the Rugby Leage “family”. The disgraceful conduct of their players is killing the NRL, and they have no idea.

If the push and shove hadn't happened in front of a camera it wouldn't be news. There is a lot of bad blood between cricketing nations and I'd be surprised if things like this didn't happen more often, not only between opposing players but teammates as well.Remember when Katich grabbed Clarke by the scruff of the neck and threw him up against the wall?
Warner needs to lift his game immeasurably if he wants to continue with the responsibilities that are required from the captain of the T20 side and deputising for Smith in Tests and ODIs.The public deserve better.

The NRL should show some balls in banning this thug, and give out the message that the NRL have some remaining standards.

After seeing vision of this coward bashing a far, far smaller bloke, do feel ashamed being an Aussie?

Of course i do.

The English are usually in trouble in bars because let’s face it- they’re a bit of a pub team. But it’s the Australians who whine on about unfair treatment while provoking all the trouble in the first place. As if Australians had a right to crass behaviour without anyone giving it back.

I would have loved to have seen katich slap Clarke around. What a silly man Clarke was.he got his revenge on katich, ending his test career early.

De kock has been charged with a level 1 offence and warner with the more serious level 2 offence which, if upheld would see him miss a game.

Otis Gibson made a good point about this “crossing the line” business: whose line is it?

We see that when ever an Australian player throws his rattle out of the pram some ex player will say warner or whoever wouldn’t have done it if he wasn’t provoked, if the opposition hadn’t “crossed the line”.

Australians are pioneers of sledging and yet we’re asked to accept that they get to define where this “line” is. Well that’s just not the case.

Shunter, the pioneers of sledging are the West Indies, they invented it in their great sides of the '80's and '90's.

And in their brand of it you were not allowed to answer back, do see some vision of Curtly Ambrose blowing up at the SCG after Steve Waugh told him to 'Get Fucked Yourself'.

Why don't you put your brain into gear before you open your mouth and say these silly things?

Sledging predates the West Indies in the 80s and indeed they were well known for not sledging much at all. They were aggressive and intimidating but through their play not through their big mouths.

Shunter, the great West Indies teams did indeed start sledging as we know it, true it is as old as the game, an isolated incedends of it can be found at all times, but sledging as we know it by several members of the team was indeed started by the Windies teams.

With perhaps the best known was Viv Richards giving a detailed discription of a cricket ball to a bowler, and a couple of balls later hitting the ball out of the ground, and then telling the bowler now that he knows what the ball looks like, he should go find it!!

Or Malcolm Marshall during one hostile spell telling the batsman that he should get out soon, because Marshall doesn't want bowl around the wicket and kill him.

But there have been several players down the years that have been famous sledgers, and times when sledging was used far more that usual, and the bodyline ashes series would be the best example of this.

But as sledging as we know it was indeed started by the great West Indies team of the '80s and '90s, but if you think differently, well so be it.

It’s just not true to put modern sledging at the feet of the 80s windiest side! It’s accepted by everyone that sledging has akeays existed and that the windies side didn’t need to indulge it much. I’m familiar with the Marshall quote (was it to boon) and it is indeed a terrifying thing to say - but modern sledging - insulting the batsman personally - is an Australian invention.

The problem with Crims is they like to dish it out and set the tone, and then start bleating like gut shot Impalas when it comes back at them.

Warner called De Kock a bush pig amongst other things, continually harassed him throughout his innings, and when De Kock comes back with something to do with Warner's wife having being banged more than a swing door in a hurricane by various other sporting personalities (apparently accurate), Warner suddenly decides to display his sensitive side.

Reminds me of the elementary schoolyard saying regarding flatulence: Whomever smelt it, dealt it. Not surprised that Aussies can dish it out but can't take it coming back at them. If they could, they wouldn't be Aussies. Just look at the representation on these boards.

Anyone could take him. He’s not a tough guy. He’s a bully. Fight back and he’s done.

The story about the sledging I heard is that Warner said repeatedly “cock, cock, cock, cock, de Kock - he’s named after a cock”. After several minutes of this de Kock then reminded him of a certain All Black cock his wife became intimate with in a public toilet. Warner then loses his shit - the fucking idiot.

The Crims are front stabbers. They need to learn how to stick the knife in the back at the right time.

Warner spent hours preening and shouting his mouth off, but never really succeeded in ruffling Da Cock's feathers. All it took was De Kock to whisper something in Warner's ear on the way up the stairs, and Warner was triggered to the point that he went full tilt bat shit, and then descended into a whingeing spiral that's lasted far a week now.

Well never really know what De Kock said, but now it's Warner's word against his.

Look, so De Kock stedged Warner, and Warner went on like a good sort, in return OK?

But paint De Kock as being as pure as the driven show in this is laughable, and him being the good guy, while Warner was the bad guy is simplistic and stupid and does show a clear anti Australian bias.

And seeing i can not get a reasoned objective conversation with you lot, this will be my last post on the subject, and i will leave you uninterruped to slagg off at the Aussies.

Please do you worst.

We already know that because of his history.

I wonder how some of the prize wankers here will try to spin the latest from the SA fans targeting Warner's wife.

"Well, Warner is a tosser and he called de Kock a cock so it's ok to target his wife."

I always suspected the Saffers still stuck in SA weren't the smartest people in the world, this proves it.
