Clicking on Links

Post by sodelicious » Thu May 10, 2018 10:52 pm

Is there any way to change in the settings that when you click on a link, it will open said link in a new tab vs the link opening on the page you were on and not having to go back to get on PS?

Try right-clicking on the link to see if doing so will bring up options like "open in new tab" or "open in new window."

I've never tried it with a link in a post, but I use it when I want to look for something on Google, look for a YouTube video, etc., without losing the page I'm on.

Edit. I just checked by right-clicking on one of the links in the Songbird John thread. It works.
I enjoy reading NorthAmerican's posts. So well-written and interesting except for the dull parts.--Nines

Yes I realize about the right click thing, however because it used to open up a new tab when you clicked on the link, I forget to right click. So I am asking if there is a way to change things in the settings so that you don't have to right click, and one can click and it automatically opens up a new tab.

Sorry, I haven't seen anything. So even though you've answered it multiple times, could you answer it one more time?

There is no setting to do what is described, it would require hand changing every style and version updates might blow away changes I make, so it's not really worth it.
