Please fix the bug that messes up threads

Post by Jim-2012 » Tue Sep 20, 2016 6:53 pm

Mutha, when someone deletes a post that they just made, it messes up the thread so that it throws you back to the first post in the thread.
Please fix this bug, por favor.

It gets resolved the next time someone posts on the thread.

That doesn't sound like a professional would solve the problem.
When someone clicks on "Delete" you could just replace the post with a single character like '.', or whatever you like.

Or you could post on the thread yourself with a "-".

Well I'm not a professional supporter of phpbb and this is a free site. Phpbb has many weird behaviors but I generally don't like to alter board software because every time we get an update from them I'll have to manually update any changes we've made. This one in particular is very minor and not worth custom code for.
