Why does lower execution rates in the US make that list? Why not quote execution rates in Saudi or China? They execute more people yearly.
The rich get richer, the poor get the picture, the bombs never hit you when you're down so low.

China’s execution rates are way down from 10 or 20 years ago.

Interestingly, most things on that list are jn spite of the kind of thinking seen in Reason magazine.

Yes, but annoying lifestyle habits of the Modern Left make it impossible for me to enjoy any improvements in the world. As long as twentysomethings with sleeve tattoos are doing yoga and eating tofu in Brooklyn, my life will be Ruined.

Yes but no other country has had such a high proportion of its population incarcerated since the gulag era in Russia..
