Franken seems to be following the law to the letter. How does following the law count as "dirty tricks"?

More disinformation from that LOSER, Meth Head. The article mentions no dirty tricks. What an idiot.

Lavite, what do you think of the election of Obama?

last time i asked, you said you hadn't changed your opinion -- you wrote some pretty frightening things.

You lost me Korgy. I voted for Obama in the election. I am surprised he won though. What did I post that you found strange?

Lavite, we have been through this before. are you pulling my leg?

but the last time i posted some things you'd written, you said, yes, i did write that and i meant it.

which is why i'm asking you now if your views about Obama have or haven't changed -- though you may have voted for him?

Get your own room guys...

The state attorney general's office ruled against a canvassing board delay, finding that certification was purely an administrative function and that any question of absentee ballots ought to be left to the courts. The problem is that at least one court has entertained this Franken ploy. Ramsey County Judge Dale Lindman this week ordered county officials to give Mr. Franken a list of voters who had cast rejected absentee ballots.

This is hilarious considering what the Florida did in 2000:

There were a number of overseas ballots missing postmarks or filled out in such a way that they were invalid under Florida law. A poll worker filled out the missing information on some absentee ballot applications; the Democrats moved to have the returned ballots thrown out because of this. These disputes added to the mass of litigation between parties to influence the counting of ballots. The largest group of disputed overseas ballots were military ballots. On November 19, 2000, Democratic vice-presidential candidate Senator Joseph I. Lieberman appeared on Meet the Press and said that election officials should give the "benefit of the doubt" to military voters rather than disqualifying any overseas ballots that lacked required postmarks or witness signatures. Up until that point, the Democrats had pursued a strategy of persuading counties to strictly enforce those requirements disqualifying illegal ballots and reducing votes from overseas, which were predominantly cast for Bush.
