Why not Mods?

Fitting that we'd get an IIQ test on this thread.

Something I've just learned:

Soda had massive issues with his personality. This is bad.

A bunch of randoms on a message board having massive issues with his personality on the other hand... what?

You've said something like that before. But aren't threads by or about you just really long because you don't like giving straightforward answers or arguments?

Isn't that what a group of adorable Moldovan children would conclude?

Threads on you or about you are like a traffic jam. It could mean the area is really popular...

...or it could just mean that someone is holding everyone else up.

Eric, it's this way (at least on the West Coast, California); you're held up by a traffic jam on the freeway, wondering what all the commotion is about, thinking what the hell is holding up the traffic for so long, etc., etc., only to find that when you approach the scene, that you too must slow down to have a look--it could be someone changing a tire, some police action, accident (large or small, fatally or nosebleed), but still, you feel, "Hey, I waited this dang long, I'm going to have a look too!"
My moniker is Wilster. How is my posting? If you no like, write suggestions down intelligibly on paper and then...burn it.

I kind of can't believe I care but...I logged on thinking I was actually going to see some evidence one way or the other. How disappointing. I have the feeling this is going to go on interminably long and I will keep checking in hoping for some evidence and be constantly disappointed. Sigh.

Uh, you probably shouldn't have posted this because Soda will use it as proof of "victory." Either that or to demonstrate that you don't know what the definition of "stupid" is, IHSS, as he is the only qualified professional expert who can define it.

I can prove that you were born in Tighina/Bendery, Moldova, IHSS. And that your family fled the Transnistrian fighting, after some of your cousins were sent to Siberia by Breshnev. You may recall that I can also prove that you travel quite frequently to this part of the world to see family who are still in Tiraspol and Chisinau.

Is he actually referring to the 'ESL job wanted in Singapore' ad by Soda that disappeared after being mentioned on here?

Yeah, you know....the ad you posted in August 2006.

Almost.

I came across it the day before the troll posted it. I sent a PM to someone else on here who had seen it long before I had. But then after it was mentioned publicly on here it disappeared.

It is truly amazing your lack of any compunctions about lying. Yes the ad was yours. It contained your cv, your real name, your consultancy name, etc. It also state your nationalities.

Strangely, it has now been disappeared. Hm, who could have done that I wonder? And now you act as if it...never existed.

This old paranoid claim again?

As I have told Soda many times by pm I have never tried to find any personal details on him. I like him for his travel writings and bare him no grudges. I have no interest in finding out his real name nor his nationality or country of origin.

I have only limited internet access right now with the move I am doing to a new home about 2 hours out of London and work is the only opportunity I have to browse the web. Having to read through long winded, threads like this when I run a search on my various handles is painful.

Whoever strung you this lie clearly realised that given your state of mind it would clearly need little factual evidence to back it up and that you would run with it for years.

Please send me more of your travel blogs but quit continuing this lie.

And if it was a faux resume, wouldn't the culprit tried to make you look bad? Instead, the resume was padded - to amusing levels - and corroborated Soda's own website, albeit in much more detail.

What is it with Soda's compunction to lie?

Exactly. Such as seven or eight lines of education-related trivia trying to hide the fact that there was no university degree on the cv.

Question for the Bench:

Are we running this trial by American rules or British?

I sure hope it's British. Their judges look simply Fabulous in those nifty wigs. IIRC British lawyers don't get to automatically exclude Negros from the jury either
