Locking topics because Eric doesn't like them

Postby Moethebartender » Fri Nov 30, 2007 7:59 pm

What the fuck is that all about? Are posts about South American politics in general now verboten? I realize that Eric gets all upset when someone posts about his favorite leftist wannabe dictators in SA, but frankly this is an appalling demonstration of your lack of judgement. If the thread is getting spammed, fucking cut the spammers out. Four posts were made on that thread and you locked it. Idiots.

Termite must be protected from his boobishness, otherwise he will dip into Canada health care for mental health treatment in order to avoid dipping into savings.

Eric either spams every thread I make about South America or he locks it altogether. His rage towards me clouds what little judgement he might otherwise be able to muster. It's the one tiny bit of power he has in his pathetic life so I guess he ought to be humored.

Eric is such a handle-whore.

It must have been the spelling. Piel! better get his dictionary out, or he's gonna get the lock & key too.

There's too much thread locking going on. Ecuadorians, who finally got their 15 minutes of fame on this forum, will not be pleased. And they have oil so shouldn't be messed with.

When communicating with Canadians , you must use the correct spelling - 'humoured'- to be understood.

It's simple enough to prove - search for Moe's threads and see how many replies they get: 1,0,1,4...maybe 10 on a good day.

Argon gets literally 10 times as many hits. At least.

Moe has always devoted 90% of his posting to attacks on other posters, and suffered the logical consequence: no one reads anything he posts.

I could post 20 threads here where Moe is spitting his usual boring venom at anything and anyone and - guess what?

No one refers to his comments, nor replies to them. He is quite possibly the only poster to read anything he's posted in Politics in the last 6 months.

Moe is the Stew's very own Milli Vanilli.

Complete rubbish, Soda, - a poster does not live or die by the number of replies they generate.

Moe's a key contributor to the forum as he posts about a lot of unfavourable and unpopular topics as well as the more red-button stuff. He's shrill and aggressive at times, sure, but is undoubtedly a knowledgeable person on a range of subjects.

If you in any way wish for this forum to conduct anything resembling a meaningful conversation about politics and history, then I can't understand why you'd get a demi-chubby at the idea of Moe disappearing.
